Fully furnished 2,300 square foot 2-level luxury home, open living space with an earthy-modern vibe, 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths, upstairs views of the Three Sisters Wilderness and Three Sisters Mountains to the SE and views of Black Butte to the NE, upstairs sitting area, master bedroom on the first floor, fully fenced yard, front and back porch with seating, abundant lighting and natural light throughout the house, rustic-modern-cozy décor.

The entryway is inside the front door and is part of the open downstairs living space. A fluffy bench, coat rack, and boot tray are available in the entryway.

The living room contains cozy sofas, rustic side and coffee tables, a flat-screen smart tv, several different lighting options, and a gas fireplace. The dining room is open between the living room and kitchen and includes a dining table with plush chairs/washable covers, additional wicker seating, a plush window bench, and a narrow presentation/food table. Bar stool seating is also available at the kitchen island. The kitchen contains all items necessary to cook and present meals comfortably, and contains KitchenAid appliances: gas oven and range, dual open refrigerator with pull-drawer freezer (water filter and ice maker available), and dishwasher.

A slider closet, ½ bath, mud room, and the master bedroom branch off the downstairs hallway. The slider closet contains amenities for dogs, additional wicker seating for the dining room, and a robot vacuum. The mud room contains the washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, paper products, detergent, first aid kit, a small sitting stool, and a coat rack. The 1/2 bath has a toilet, floor heater, and a single-sink vanity with vanity tilework from the sink to the ceiling.

Bedrooms: One queen-sized bed is available in each of the 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms contain a USB power outlet, a laundry basket, coat hangers, an extra blanket, a USB fan, a fluffy rug, 2 small side tables and 2 lamps, and linens.

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with a workspace desk, a full-length mirror, and a colorful sitting bench. The master bath has an open shower with floor-to-ceiling tile, a teak sitting bench, optional handheld shower head, quiet ventilation fans, diatomaceous earth bath mats, floor heater, 2-mirror vanity, separate room for the toilet.

Two bedrooms and a shared bathroom are upstairs, all 3 rooms branch off the main sitting area located at the top of the stairs. The upstairs bedrooms have a slider closet with a 3-drawer set of drawers, a small couch in one bedroom and a backless sitting bench in the other bedroom.

The upstairs bathroom contains a 5' bathtub/shower combo with tilework from the tub to the ceiling, a single mirror vanity, floor heater, diatomaceous earth bath mats, optional handheld shower head, quiet ventilation fan, high-up/private shower window. The upstairs sitting area has a small sofa and two wicker sitting chairs, pillows, throws, wicker coffee table with storage, and a full-length mirror.

Outdoor: The yard is fully fenced, with a 5' privacy fence in the back yard, and a 2-rail split fence in the front yard. The front yard is landscaped with perennial plantings surrounded by mulch. There is a covered front porch with Trex decking material, 2 lounge chairs and a side table that look out to the landscaped front yard. The back porch is covered with pavers as the ground material, and looks out to the grassed backyard. An outdoor dining table and chairs is available on the back porch.

All utilities and trash service are included, wifi, cable tv, mini-split heating/air conditioning for per-room comfort, tankless water heater. Community features: pet exercise area, picnic area with BBQ grill, Bocce ball court, and gardens with water features in the community park.
